- Prepare 1 ground cumin
- Take 1 Vegetable broth
- Prepare 2 tbsp diced onions

- remove top of bell peppers, seeds, membranes, wash, and boil bell peppers whole for 5 min before cooking and set aside
- Heat pan with 1 tbsp. olive oil and mince garlic.
- Add ground turkey to hot pan. Cook until no more pink and crumbled apart
