The ingredients needed to prepare Sticky Coconut Rice:
  1. Use 250 gms arborio rice
  2. Take 200 ml coconut milk
  3. Provide 1 ripe mango
  4. Provide 1 lemon
  5. Prepare 2 tablespoons castor sugar
Instructions to make Sticky Coconut Rice:
