  1. Use 36 Eggs
  2. Use 4 cup Vinegar
  3. Prepare 1 tbsp Tabasco Sauce
  4. Get 1 cup water

  6. Use 1/2 tsp Black Pepper, ground
  7. Use 1 tsp Red Pepper, crushed, dry

  1. Boil eggs for 12 Minutes

  6. Cover sauce pan
  7. Bring the juice to a boil (warning: boiling vinegar is very stinky)
  8. In a 1 gallon glass jar, place 1 layer of eggs at the bottom
  9. Cover the eggs with Jalapeños slices and 'juice'
  10. repeat last 2 steps until all eggs are in the jar. There may be some 'juice' left over.
  11. Store in the refrigerator.
  12. Soak for at least 5 days.
  13. Serve 1 egg with 3 or 4 jalapeño slices and enjoy with your favorite beverage.
