  1. Get sirloin
  2. Provide 2/3 lb ground sirloin
  3. Prepare spices
  4. Take 1/4 tsp onion powder
  5. Use 1/4 tsp granulated garlic powder
  6. Take 1/4 tsp ground black pepper, fresh
  7. Prepare condiments
  8. You need 1 medium kosher pickle
  9. Get 1/3 cup sliced pickled jalapeños
  10. Get 2 slice sliced cheese
  11. Use 1 tsp mayonnaise
  12. Provide 1 tbsp barbecue sauce, your favorite

  2. Pan fry sirloin. Cook 2 minutes and turn seson with a quarter of the seasonings per side. Pan fry that side 3 minutes turn and season the other side. Repeat with second sirloin patty
  3. When the first patty is done remove to a plate, add 1 slice of cheese. Add half the jalapeños, slice pickles longways. Add mayonnaise, and mustard.
  4. Add second sirloin patty when its done. Add second slice of cheese. Then the rest of the jalapeños and top with cranberry sauce.
