- Get 125 g butter
- You need 120 g self rising flour
- Use 3 tbsp desiccated coconut
- Provide 3 eggs (separated)
- You need 1 tin pineapple
- Use 3 tbsp rum (or more!)
- Use 200 g caster sugar
