- Take 1/2 cup khichadi mix
- Take 1, 1/2 cup water/ as require
- Provide as per taste Salt
- Prepare 2 tbsp oil
- Use 1 tsp chopped garlic
- Take 3-4 ginger slits
- Prepare 1 small tomato chopped
- Take 1 small potato chopped
- Prepare 1 small onion chopped
- Take 1 green chili chopped
- Provide Half small carrot chopped
- Take 1/4 tsp turmeric powder

- Wash and soak khichdi mix for half hr. Then add into pressure cooker, add enough water, salt and pinch turmeric powder. Simmer for a min then do 2 whistle. Get ready all the ingredients together.
- Heat oil in a wok and roast garlic, green chili, coriander leaves. Then add onion, carrot, potato and saute for 2min. Lastly add tomato, dry spices and salt to taste. Mix well and saute veggies for 2-3min. Add 1/2 cup of water and simmer for a min.
- Now add prepared khichadi and mix well. Cover and cook for 2-3min. Serve hot withcurd or lassi.
