  1. You need 3 cup idli batter
  2. Prepare 1 chopped tomato
  3. You need 1/3 cup green peas
  4. Take 1 grated capcicum
  5. Prepare 2 green chillies

  8. Take 2 tbsp chopped coriander

  1. Chop the tomato,onion, ginger,green chilli, capcicum.
  2. Take idli batter in a big bowl and add onion, tomatoes, ginger, green chillies, capcicum,green peas,green coriander,salt,red chilli powder,and garam masala mix everything well.
  3. Pre heat appam maker and pour some oil in each mold then fill all mold with idli batter now cover appam maker with a lid and cook the appam for 2 minutes on low flam.When the appam turn golden brown in colour flim the side and let them cook until brown and crispy.
  4. Take out the appams in a serving plat. and serve it with sambhar, chutney or any Indian deep.
