- You need 3 cup idli batter
- Prepare 1 chopped tomato
- You need 1/3 cup green peas
- Take 1 grated capcicum
- Prepare 2 green chillies

- Pre heat appam maker and pour some oil in each mold then fill all mold with idli batter now cover appam maker with a lid and cook the appam for 2 minutes on low flam.When the appam turn golden brown in colour flim the side and let them cook until brown and crispy.
- Take out the appams in a serving plat. and serve it with sambhar, chutney or any Indian deep.
