- You need 200 gms Carrots
- Take 250 gms Cabbage
- Get 50 gms Beans
- Provide 30 gms Corn flour
- Use 20 gms Refined flour

- You need 200 ml Oil
- Prepare 15 gms Garlic
- Take 5 gms Ginger

- Prepare 1 tbsp Red chilli sauce
- Prepare 1 tsp Green chili sauce

Instructions to make Veg. Manchurian Gravy:
- Grate carrots, cabbage and finely chop beans mix together and add salt to taste.
- After 5 minutes press these vegetables in muslin cloth to remove excess water.
- Now add little flour and cornflour for binding.
- Add little pepper and chilli sauce to the mixture and make small dumplings.
- Deep fry it at medium flame till light brown colour.
- Now for gravy heat little oil in Chinese kadhai.
- Then add finely chopped garlic, ginger, chillies and onion,saute it for 2 minutes on high flame.
- Now add water and let it boil.
- Next add Soya sauce and chilli sauces in it.
- Now add cornflour slurry inside it to get semi liquid gravy. Check the seasoning.
- Finally add Manchurian balls inside it and cook it for 2 minutes. Finish it with little aromat powder.
- Garnish it with finely chopped spring onion.
- I have done plate garnish with Soya sauce and chilli sauce which acts as accompaniment.
