  3. Get Chicken breast
  4. Prepare Rosemary and thyme

  1. Marinate some chicken breast in garlic, ginger, sesame oil, curry, seasoning cube, Rosemary and thyme
  2. Shallow fry the chicken on both sides, cover the pan and finish off in the oven
  3. Allow to rest then chop into small pieces
  4. Chop up some cabbage, cucumber, tomatoes and lettuce
  5. Get some Lebanese bread, separate into 2 and arrange it with one over lapping the other
  6. In a small bowl, mix some ketchup, mayonnaise, hot sauce, black pepper and salt
  7. Lay some chopped veggies on the bread, add the chopped chicken
  8. Then spread the ketchup mix on top of the chicken. Add some more hot sauce for some added heat if required
  9. Wrap up the bread by tucking in the edges first then rolling from one side to the next. Make sure the chicken and veggies are properly tucked inside the bread
  10. Put a frying pan on heat, spray with little cooking oil and place the wrap on the frying pan.
  11. Lay a slight weight (like a slightly heavy plate) on top of the wrap. Allow to cook for about 2 mins then flip and place the weight on top of the wrap again. Allow the 2nd side to cook for about 2mins and put down from the heat.
