- In a bowl take 1dry spices and mix well.
- In a pan heat 1 tbspn oil add garlic and saute. Add onions and saute. Then add chopped veggies and saute for a minute. Add mashed potato, bread crumbs, salt and spice mix. Add garam masala and mix well.
- Take a portion roll like tikki and dip in cornflour slurry and then coat with bread crumbs.refridgerate for minimum 20 mins
- Deep fry patty and keep aside
- Take mayonnaise and add tomato ketchup and mix well… Can add little red chili sauce (optional)
- With little butter on tawa slightly roast inner portion of buns
