The ingredients needed to make Pot Roast:
  1. Use 2 1/4 lb roast
  2. Prepare 4 medium carrots
  3. You need 1 medium yellow onion
  4. Provide 1 packages mushrooms
  5. Get 4 clove garlic
  6. Use 6 petite red potatoes
  7. Prepare 2 tbsp salt
  8. Prepare 2 tbsp pepper
