  2. You need 1 packages family size tortellini
  3. Use 2 yellow squash
  4. You need 3 zucchini
  5. Prepare 1 can red kidney beans
  6. Use 45 oz chicken broth or stock
  7. Get 4 clove garlic
  8. You need 4 celery
  9. Get 1 can stewed tomatos
  10. Get 1/4 cup worcestershire sauce or soy

  1. In seperate pan boil anaheim peppers for 3 to 10 mins or so until you can peel skin off. Then chop

  6. Add remaining chicken broth and 3 cups water. Bring to boil and then simmer for a few mins. At this point i taste and add more seasoning if need be. Usually not.
  7. Finally add tortellini and cook to package directions.
