The ingredients needed to make Tater-Tot Casserole:
  1. Provide 1-1.5 lbs. ground beef
  2. Take 1 (10.75 oz) can Cream of Mushroom
  3. Prepare 1 (10.75 oz) can Cream of Celery soup
  4. Get 16 oz or more of frozen vegetables (as much as desired)
  5. Prepare 8 oz Velveeta cheese
  6. Take 32 oz tater tots
Instructions to make Tater-Tot Casserole:
  1. Using a 9x13 glass pan, put the raw ground beef in the pan and spread along the bottom.
  2. Dash with salt and pepper if desired. You can add chopped onion and celery to the raw burger if you want as well. This is a great spot to be creative and make it your own.
  3. Place frozen veggies on top of burger. Use any kind and as much as you desire.
  4. Slice Velveeta into small slices and layer over the veggies.
  5. Pour both soups over top of velveeta
