  18. Take 1 tbs maida + 1 tbsp of water for Maida slurry

  1. For the outer crust, make dough from wheat,maida,oil,salt and water.Dough should be like chapati dough.Then let it rest for 15 minutes.
  2. Roast the cashews in ghee till it becomes light pink in color. Half crushed cashews should not be very small in size.otherwise you won't feel its taste.
  3. For stuffing, combine all the ingredients of stuffing in a bowl and mix it very gently. Adjust spices according to your taste.
  4. Now knead dough properly and roll out round shaped thin chapatis. After that roast these chapatis on tawa (both the side) be sure chapatis should remain white from both the side.
  5. Now cut all chapatis in square shape..(you can use side parts by roasting them or frying them)Cut them in lengthwise and then cut into 2 parts.Prepare slurry by mixing maida and water.
  6. Now on Each part,put stuffing and roll them in cigar shape and stick end parts of the rolls with slurry.Prepare all rolls like that.
  7. Heat oil in a pan.Put prepared cigar rolls in hot oil,first on medium high and then on slow flame,half fry rolls and take out after that again fry them on slow flame.This time you should fry them till they become crispy and golden on color.
