- Prepare 300 g minced beef
- Prepare 8 cabbage leaves
- Prepare 1 onion
- Take 1 carrot
- Prepare 1 egg
- Provide 1 cup bread crumbs

- Use 1 cube soup stock

- Take off cabbage leaves carefully, try not to tear or break. Boil the leaves for a few minutes until they become soft enough to roll up without splitting.
