  6. Get 4 tbsp each of pounded garlic and shallot
  7. Prepare 1 tbsp oil
  8. Use braised oyster
  9. Prepare 4 large korean oyster
  10. Provide 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce

  2. wash and soak oyster for 10 minute in hot water

  5. STIR FRY CABBAGE
  6. In pan saute pounded paste with bacon then add stock and white cabbage and carrot bring to a boil for 5 minute then add seasoning and stir fry to mix well
  7. Add purple cabbage then simmer for 1 minute don't stir (to prevent purple cabbage to discolour) then off heat
  8. serve hot top oyster and coriander
