  3. Cook until it begins to boil, stirring often
  4. Allow to boil for 10-15 seconds, remove from heat
  5. Cool for 1 minute; add vanilla, salt & peanut butter; stir well
  6. Add oatmeal, stir until well blended
  7. Immediately drop by teaspoonfuls on wax paper
  8. Allow 1-2 hours to set completely
