  2. Provide 1 1/4 pounds Shrimp , medium size , peeled and deveined
  3. Prepare 1/4 cup cheddar cheese Grated ,
  4. Get pound Unsalted butter shrimp ,   tablespoonsMedium , peeled and deveined ,
  5. Use 3 1 2 large cloves Garlic , crushed ,
  6. Take 1/2 lemon juice lemon Fresh ,
  7. Get tablespoon lemon rind Grated ,
  8. Get Salt Pepper and
  9. Take 2 tablespoons Parsley , rough chopped ,

  1. Bring 3 cups of water to boil in a medium saucepan over high heat, cover.
  2. Once at boil, uncover and slowly whisk in grits, 1 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon pepper. 
  3. Reduce heat to medium-low and cook, stirring occasionally until thicken, about 5 minutes.

  9. Deglaze skillet 2 tablespoons of water. Spoon remaining sauce from skillet over shrimp and grits.
