- Provide 1 lb ground meat or turkey
- Use to taste Salt and pepper
- Prepare 1/2 tsp. Chilli Powder
- Prepare 1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder
- You need 1/2 tsp. Onion Powder
- Provide 1 can whole kernel corn, undrained
- You need 1 can Rotel, undrained
- You need 1 can chilli beans with sauce, undrained
- Get 4 cups Tomato Juice
- Prepare 1 envelope Taco Seasoning Mix

- Use 1 medium onion (optional)
Steps to make Taco Soup:
- In a skillet, Brown and drain ground meat. Add to the pot you will make your soup out of or a rice cooker. I am using Turkey Ground Meat but you can use whatever kind you like.
- Add the rest of the ingredients. Let cook for 45 minutes to an hour or on white rice setting on the rice cooker.
