  2. Use 1/2 cup Black Olives - pitted
  3. Provide 3/4 cup White Wine (preferably dry)

  5. Get 3/4 cup cherry tomatoes, quartered
  6. Provide 1 lemon, zested and juiced

  8. Prepare 3 large sweet potatoes

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degress. Chop onion, mince garlic, chop tomatoes. Cut the tops and bottoms of the long green beans.
