- You need 1 lb box rotini pasta
- Take 2 tsp olive oil
- Take 1 lb ground turkey
- Get 2 tsp minced garlic in olive oil
- Provide 14 oz bag frozen grn & red peppers & onions
- Prepare 1 packages low sodium taco seasoning
- Get 1 can condensed cheddar soup
- Take 1 can milk
- Get 1 can crm of corn
- Provide 14 oz medium salsa
- Provide 2 tsp franks redhot

- in large pot add water (following boxes instructions) and olive oil and set at med- high temp
- (while waiting for pasta water to come to a boil) lightly spray a large skillet with cooking spray and brown the ground turkey
- when turkey is cooked through drain and return back to skillet. on med-low heat add minced garlic in olive oil and onion and peppers and cook until peppers are tender(approx 5mins) and drain and return to skillet and add taco seasoning and stir.
