- You need 250 g All purpose flour
- Use 1 tsp Instant yeast
- Get 1 Warm cup water
- Use 1 tsp sugar

- Get For the Topping /pizza sauce
- You need 250 g mozzarella cheese
- Take 1 kg minced beef
- Provide Tomato sauce (note not paste)
- Take 4 large tomatoes blended
- Get 5 large onions sliced
- Get (use 2 onions to fry minced meat & the rest blend with tomatoes)
- Use 1 tbsp Honey/brown sugar(optional if you don't want sweet taste)
- Use 1 tsp Garlic powder (optional)
- Use 1 cube Royco beef cube
- Prepare 1 tsp Paprika (optional)
- Use 1 tsp curry powder
- Get 1/2 tsp nutmeg (optional)

Steps to make Homemade pizza:
- Sieve the flour and add the salt, sugar, yeast & oil. Knead to make a dough similar to chapati. Cover the bowl with a clean cloth for 20min
- Fry the minced meat with onion until cooked.
- Add in the spices and let it fry. Add the blended tomatoes & onion mixture. Add a cup of water, tomato sauce & honey. Let it simmer in low medium heat for 10min. Throw in a small slice or two of the cheese.
- Grate the cheese (helps in creating a uniform topping)
- Check on the Dough & you'll notice it (almost) doubled in size because of the yeast. I divided mine into 3 potions to make a medium sized pizza.
- Make a round shape with the dough enough to fit in the baking tray or use a medium-sized sufuria lid (like I did; use it too to make the round (pizza) crust) by placing it on top.
- Preheat your oven to the highest temperature (mine goes to around 250 degrees celcius) for around 5min
- Once you dough is stable add in the toppings, start with the sauce (minced beef sauce) & then cheese.
- Cook it in the oven for 15min.
