  2. Place chocolate in a heatproof bowl, and pour the heavy cream over the chocolate.   3. Can use right away or let it cool slightly, depending on what you are using it for.
  4. To make a thicker ganache use less cream/more chocolate, likewise to make it thinner use more cream/less chocolate.
