  3. Use 1 cup Chopped Red Bell Pepper
  4. Get 1 box Jiffy Cornbread Mix
  5. Provide 3 large Egg
  6. Provide 2 tbsp White Vingear
  7. Use 1/2 large Red Onion

  1. In large bowl mix Jiffy cornbread mix, 1 large egg,and sautéed red pepper and red onion. Add to cornbread mixture to desired greased baking pan. Bake for 15 - 20 minutes at 400°F until corn bread is golden brown.
