  1. Take 500 ml Milk
  2. Provide 200 gms Sugar
  3. Get Pinch Baking Soda
Instructions to make Homemade Condensed Milk !:
  1. In a deep pan, heat milk and sugar on high flame. Once milk starts boiling, turn gas flame to medium. Keep stirring continuously.
  2. After sometime milk starts changing colour. Boil milk on low to medium flame, till it reduces to half. It may take 20 to 25 minutes.
  3. Once it reduces to half turn off the flame and add baking soda. Keep on stirring for sometime and condensed milk is ready.
  4. Allow it to cool completely. Transfer condensed milk in an air tight container and store it in refrigerator. It can be used for a month.
  5. With this recipe I was able to make approximately 330 gms condensed milk.
