Steps to make Pizza:
  1. Make the dough by adding the dry ingredients to the bowl before added the water and olive oil. Combine to form a soft, sticky dough and knead until smooth.
  2. Place in a clean bowl, cover and leave to double in size (about 2 hours).
  3. Meanwhile, to make the tomato topping, pour the required amount of sauce into a small bowl, crush, slice, mince the cloves of the garlic, (I use 10 cloves minimum) and add to the sauce along with the shredded basil. Stir and then leave for the flavours to infuse.
  4. Slice your toppings - mixed bell peppers, onion, chilli peppers mushrooms, whatever you fancy.
  5. When dough is ready, roll out to desired thickness spread the tomato sauce on the base and then cover with cheese. Add the desired toppings before putting in the oven on a baking sheet.
  6. After 5-7 mins, slide the pizza onto the oven rails and bake for a further 7-10 mins or until the crust gets crispy.
  7. When done remove from oven and leave to cool for 2-3 mins before eating. I like to put fresh basil leaves on top because I love basil.
