- Get For Sauce:
- Get 60 gms Mayonnaise
- Get 30 gms Tomato ketchup
- Get 1 tsp Garlic, finely chopped

- Prepare For Paneer filling(quick):
- Prepare 1 tbsp Butter/Oil
- Provide 1 tsp Garlic
- Prepare pinch Turmeric powder
- Get 1/4 tsp Red chilli powder
- You need 1/4 tsp Garam masala
- Use 1/4 tsp Kasuri methi
- Get As per taste Salt
- Prepare 60 gms Paneer
- Prepare For Dough:
- Prepare 100 gms All-purpose flour
- Take 10 gms Sugar
- Prepare 2.5 gms Instant yeast
- You need 2.5 gms Salt
- You need 55-60 ml Water
- Use 10 ml Oil
Steps to make Domino’s zingy parcel:
- To make sauce, combine all the ingredients and mix well. Note- It can also be used as burger sauce and garlic bread dip.
- To make paneer filling, heat butter/oil in the pan. Add garlic to it and cook it for a minute or until the raw smell has gone. Add remaining spices and cook for 2 minutes or until it separates oil; keep stirring. Then, add paneer and switch off the flame. Note- Always keep your paneer in a warm water for about 30 minutes before adding to any gravy.
- In a large bowl, combine All-purpose flour, sugar, Instant yeast, salt and oil.
- Gradually add water and start kneading. Dough will be sticky at this point.
- Once all the water has been added, transfer the dough onto a work surface/platform and knead until it doesn’t stick to your hands anymore; let it rest in a warm place for an hour.
- Knock out all the air from the dough. Divide the dough into 4 equal portions(around 40 gm each).
- Roll out each portion into a thin disc. Dust All-purpose flour, if needed. - I won’t recommend semolina/maize flour.*
- Fold the sides to make a triangle shape. Apply water and press it well.
- Spread some sauce and add paneer cubes. To make parcel, seal the edges using little water to prevent it from opening up while baking.
- Brush some water and bake in a pre-heated oven at 210 C for 15 minutes. I won’t recommend oil/butter.*
- Once done, brush it with oil/butter and sprinkle some Italian seasoning.
- Serve hot.
