  1. You need 1/2 cup sattu/roasted split chana dal/Dalia
  2. Prepare 1/2 cups oats
  3. Provide 1/2 cup powdered sugar/or condensed milk

  5. Get 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
  6. Prepare A few saffron soak in 1 tsp of milk

  1. Firstly dry roast oats in a kadhai on a medium heat for 2 minutes tossing gently.
  2. Transfer the roasted oats into a plate and set aside to cool.

  4. Transfer the mixture in a big bowl and all other ingredients except ghee and mix well.
