- Use 205 grams Bread (strong) flour
- Take 45 grams Oatmeal
- Provide 4 1/2 grams 'Delicious' salt
- Take 23 grams Brown sugar (white sugar is also OK)
- Take 18 grams Butter
- You need 170 ml Milk (in the cold winter, warm to about 37 ℃)
- Use 3 grams Dry yeast
