- Provide 1 slightly rounded cup of all purpose flour
- Prepare 1 slightly rounded cup of low gluten flour

- Mix dough on setting #2 for 4min then setting #3 for 3 min. Dough will form a ball and not stick to sides. Cover and let rise for 3-4 hours. Fold dough over 2-3 times while rising.
- Using wet hands plop dough on floured Dutch oven. Sprinkle flour on top of dough and shape to desired size. Bake at 450 for 20min with lid on and 12-15 min with lid.
