- Take 6-8 russet potatoes
- Provide 12 boiled egg whites
- Provide 2 boiled egg yolks
- You need 1 cup sweet relish pickles
- You need 1 chopped onion- finely
- Get 1 cup dukes mayonnaise
- Prepare 1 teaspoon mustard
- Prepare 1 teaspoon celery seed
- Use 1 tablespoon salt- or salt your potatoes well when boiling
- Provide 1/2 teaspoon pepper

- Chop potatoes into small cubes and boil Potatoes in cold water until tender in a large pan. You can boil your eggs in the same water.
- Chop 12 boiled egg whites and 2 egg yolks and place to the side. Chop one cup of onion (small) and drain as much juice off of your sweet relish as you can.
