- Get For aloo tikki:
- You need 4 medium boiled and mashed potatoes
- Provide 1/4 cup Soaked poha
- You need 1/2 cup maida
- Prepare 1/2 cup cornflour
- You need 1 tsp baking powder

- Take as per taste black pepper powder
- Prepare As required Bread crumbs to coat
- You need 1 tsp butter
- Take 1/4 cup green peas
- Take 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
- Take 1 tsp coriander powder
- You need 1 tsp red chilli powder
- Use 1 tsp jeera Powder
- Get 1 tsp garam masala
- Take 1 tsp aamchur powder
- Use For burger:
- Provide As required Sliced cut Onion
- Get As required Sliced cut tomatoes
- Provide as required Sliced cheese
- Take as required Burger bun
Instructions to make Aloo tikki burger:
- Heat a pan. Add butter and green peas saute for 2 min. Add all powder spices and mix well. Add mashed potatoes. Soak poha and salt as per taste. Mix and combine all well and cook for another 1-2 min
- Turn off the gas. And let the mixture cool it down to the room temperature.
- Apply oil on your plam and shape it in big cylinder. Wrap the mixture in a foil paper tightly and set it in a fridge for 30 min.
- After 30 min. Take out and Slice 4 tikki and keep a side. Take a mixing bowl add maida. Cornflour backing powder salt and paper. Mix well and make a slurry by adding some water.
- Coat a tikki first with dry cornflour. Then dip in to the slurry. Final coat it with bread crumbs. Follow this step for all 4 tikki.
- Heat a oil and deep fry prepared tikki till golden brown.
- For burger assemble. Cut half the bun. Put one tikki. Then add cheese sliced. Tomato and Onion ring. Cover the bun. And serve your burger with french fries.
