- In a large mixing bowl take yoghurt.
- Add gram flour, coriander leaves and green chillies in it.
- Add sugar and salt.
- Add some water and make a thick batter without any lumps.
- Keep aside this batter for 20 minutes.
- In another bowl mix boiled and mashed potatoes, bread crumbs, salt and chaat masala.
- Make tikkis from this mixture and fry on hot tava with few drops of oil.
- Grind coriander leaves, chillies, garlic together and add salt and lemon juice.
- Add 1 tsp yoghurt in chutney.
- Add fruit salt in dhokla batter.
- Whisk well and transfer in greased bowl.
- Keep this bowl on a big utensil filled with hot water.
- Keep this utensil on flame and cover the bowl.
- Steam dhokla for 20 minutes.
- After 20 minutes dhokla is ready, now cut them in circle shape.
- Spread green chutney on dhokla pieces.
- Keep 1 potato tikki on a dhokla piece and spread mayonnaise on it.
- Keep anothe piece of dhokla on tikki.
