  1. Stuffing for Dabeli- STUFFING: - Take Frying pan add 2 tbsp oil into it. Let it warm for 5 to 6 minutes on medium heat then quickly add dabeli masala and mashed potatoes into it. You can use garam masala if dabeli masala is not available. Add salt for potatoes.Add Tamarind and dates chutney and turn off-gas. Transfer the mixture into a plate then add chopped onion, roasted peanuts, shredded coconut, pomegranate seeds, coriander leaves.
  2. CHUTNEYS - Dates- Tamarind Chutney: - Take 3 tbsp dates pulp and 3 tbsp tamarind pulp. - Boil it with 1 cup of water on medium gas for 5 minutes and then strain it. Add red chilli powder and jeera powder, salt into it.
  3. 2.Garlic Chutney: In a mixing Jar add Garlic 5 to 6 cloves, coriander Jeera powder 4 tbsp, salt and add 2 tbsp water and Grind it.
    1. Coriander Chutney: - In a mixing jar add coriander leaves same amount of green chillies, 5 to 6 peanuts, - lemon juice, salt.
  4. PROCEDURE: Take a bun, split it into half then spread garlic chutney, dates - tamarind chutney, above this put generous amount of stuffing. Heat up a pan and Roste stuffed Dabeli bun with butter both the side. Sprinkle sev, some Pomegranate seeds and Ready.
