The ingredients needed to make Sweet Roll Pastrami and Provolone Sliders:
- Provide 1 packages 12 or 24 count Hawaiian sweet rolls
- You need 1 packages shredded or sliced provolone cheese
- Use 1/2 lb thinly sliced or shaved pastrami
- Prepare 2 1/2 tbsp honey
- Provide 1/2 stick unsalted butter, melted
- Provide 1 tsp chopped parsley
- Prepare 1 mayonnaise and mustard ( optional )
Instructions to make Sweet Roll Pastrami and Provolone Sliders:
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Depending on how many rolls you are using, get a pan to fit the rolls in snug so they touch. Slice each roll in half.
- Spread mayo and mustard on each side of sliced rolls.
- Place bottom of rolls into pan. Top bottom roll with pastrami with amount you desire.
- Place shredded cheese over pastrami. If using sliced, I fold mine into fourths and place in center of meat.
- Add the tops of rolls when all sliders are assembled.
- Mix the melted butter, honey and parsley in a small bowl until well combined.
- Spread over tops of rolls until well covered. Place aluminum foil tightly over pan and let sit 10 minutes so the butter mixture has time to soak in rolls.
- After 10 minutes, bake still covered for about 5-8 minutes or until cheese melts and meat has warmed.
- Uncover and return to oven to slightly brown tops. I just put them back in a few minutes because rolls stay softer in my opinion.

- Can use ham, turkey, roast beef or any meat of your liking.
- Serving size varies depending on how many rolls you use. I try to get shaved meat and if making more than 12, you can always get more than 1/2 pound as stated in recipe.
