- Prepare 1 can Chopped tomatoes
- You need 1 Chilli (medium size)
- Provide 1 avocado
- Get Squeeze 1/2 lime
- Get 2 garlic cloves

- Prepare 2 cans tuna
- Take 1 pot soured cream
- Use 1 small courgette
