The ingredients needed to make Gingerbread:
  1. Prepare 100 g all purpose flour
  2. Get 1/2 tsp baking soda
  3. Take 3 level tsp. Ground ginger
  4. Get 1 beaten egg
  5. Provide 3 tbsp.milk
  6. Get 50 g butter/margarine
  7. You need 50 g sugar
  8. Get 1 tbsp. Golden syrup
  9. Take 2 tbsp. Raisins/sultanas
Instructions to make Gingerbread:

  5. Add in the raisins and stir properly.
  6. Pour the mixture into a greased loaf tin and bake over moderate heat of 180c-190c for 20-25mins.
