  1. You need 1 1/3 cup flour
  2. Provide 1/2 cup firmly packed light brown sugar

  4. Add remaining ingredients; blend well. Pour into greased pan, or fill muffin tins 2/3 full.
  5. Bake at 350°F for 25-35 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
