- Beat eggs with little milk.
- Now dip chicken fillets first in egg then in dry batter. Now repeat the process twice for good flex.
- Deep fry golden brown each side 6 minutes.
- Dip: mix mayonnaise, mustard paste and chilli garlic sauce.
