  2. Prepare -1 tsp ginger-garlic paste

  1. I used Pearl barley it is processed barley easily available.Soak barley for 3-4 hours.
  2. Heat oil in pressure cooker.add ginger garlic paste
  3. Saute until brown add onion and saute it for 2-3 minutes.add tomatoes paste and dry masalas and fry
  4. Cover it till tomatoes become soft.Now add barely and water and pressure it for 2-3 whistle or till it is done
  5. When steam is out open it and mix well. add lemon juice and mint mix again.
  6. Serve hot
