- Take 2 tablespoons butter
- Get 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- Prepare 2/3 cup heavy cream (see note)
- Use 1/4 cup packed light brown sugar
- Take 1/2 cup light corn syrup
- Use 1/4 teaspoon salt
- You need 1 cup semi or milk chocolate chips
- Provide 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

- Over medium heat, melt butter in saucepan.
- Add brown sugar, cocoa powder, corn syrup, salt and heavy cream.
