- Take 1 Lamb Leg
- Use 1 tbsp red chili
- Prepare Half spoon salt

- Put water for boiling…. When water start making bubble cover the pot. After 1 hr put the steamer stand and then put lamb on it and cover tightly and leave for 2 hrs on low flame… After 2 hrs open the pot. And serve lamb with lemon or nan
