- Get 1 Tbs dry rosemary
- Take 1 Tbs dry thyme
- Get 50 g butter
- Prepare Tbs olive oil
- Take 1/2 red capsicum

- Place in a preheated oven at 200°c for 10 min. Turn the heat down to 180°c for 1½ hours for medium rare. For well done (like the photo) cook for 2 hours.
- Tilt the dish to spoon on the juices. Serve ASAP.
