  2. You need 3 lb leg of lamb
  3. Get 3/4 cup marsala

  1. pre-heat oven to 350°F

  6. cover with foil and bake for approx. 1 hour or until meat thermometer ( placed in center) reads 145°F for medium-rare , 160°F for medium, or 170°F for well done.
  7. remove from oven, uncover, and bake for additional 5-10 min.
  8. remove from oven let cool 5-10 min
