The ingredients needed to cook Easy Guacamole:
  1. Take 2 large ripe avocados
  2. Use 1 tomato (or 3 cherry tomatoes)
  3. Take Handful fresh coriander (leaves and stalks)
  4. You need Juice of a lime (or lemon at a push)
  5. Get Salt and pepper
Instructions to make Easy Guacamole:
  1. Remove the seeds from the tomato and use a large knife to pulverise it
  2. Halve the avocados, remove the seeds, scoop out the flesh and chop into chunks
  3. Using a fork, mash the avocados to your preferred consistency (I like to leave mine quite chunky)
  4. Wash and roughly chop the coriander
  5. Combine avocado, tomato and coriander together, and season with lime juice, salt and pepper to taste
  6. I find this in generally enough for two people so increase ingredients as necessary for people/appetites :-)
