  1. Prepare 750 grams Turkey (cut into big pieces)
  2. You need 1 tsp Turmeric powder
  3. Take 2 tbsp Crushed red chilli

  7. Now pour oil in a pan fry two pieces at a time in a medium flame thoroughly. Take the excess oil from the pan and add the stock cook until it comes thick.
  8. Now add the fried pieces and roll gently and remove.
  9. Serve with mayo.
