The ingredients needed to prepare Turkey spicy roast:
- Prepare 750 grams Turkey (cut into big pieces)
- You need 1 tsp Turmeric powder
- Take 2 tbsp Crushed red chilli
- Use 1 tbsp Cumin powder
- Provide 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- Prepare 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
- Take to taste Salt

- Wash Turkey pieces and marinate with turmeric powder, salt, lemon juice and keep for 30 mins.

- Now pour oil in a pan fry two pieces at a time in a medium flame thoroughly. Take the excess oil from the pan and add the stock cook until it comes thick.
- Now add the fried pieces and roll gently and remove.
- Serve with mayo.
