  2. Take 8 cup water
  3. Get 4 each Pork necks "meaty"
  4. Provide 1/2 cup Diced jalapeno out the jar

  6. Get 1 tsp black pepper
  7. Take 1 tsp liquid smoke

Then pull the pork necks out and cut the meat of them. Really it just falls off. Once done doing that I add the meat and neck bones back to pot. Cook for another 2 hrs but on low. Stirring twice an hour.
  3. Now they should be ready to eat and enjoy. I top mine off once it's in the bowl with Frank's hot sauce.
  4. This recipe makes alot. Cut in half for less servings.
