  1. Get 1 whole chicken
  2. Provide 1-10.5 oz can cream of chicken
  3. Get 2 envelopes onion soup & dip mix
  4. Take 4 cups uncooked rice (I use Uncle Ben's)
  5. Get 4 cups chicken broth
  6. You need 1/2 cups water
  7. Take 1/2 cups white wine
  8. Use salt

Instructions to make Chicken & Rice:
  1. Preheat oven 350. I use a whole chicken and cut up myself. You could use all breast or what ever you like. You need 8 to 10 pieces of chicken.
  2. In a large roasting pan pour in rice. Add chicken and season to your taste. In a large measuring bowl add soup and chicken broth. Stir till mixed and pour all over chicken. Make sure liquid is mix well with the rice, I lift chicken and mix with my hands to make sure no dry rice.
  3. Take onion soup mix and crush in envelop then pour over the chicken. Place in oven for 1 hour, check at 30 minutes to make sure rice is not dry, if so add a little water. Enjoy!!!!
