- Take 1/2 glass warm water
- Use 2 tsp Sugar
- Take 1 tsp Active Dry Yeast
- You need 1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- Prepare 5-6 tsp Ghee/ extra virgin olive oil

Instructions to make Spicy Bread Loaf without Oven:
- For Baking without Oven : On medium flame. Take deep - thick bottom vessel. Spread salt and place the rack. Preheat for 15 mins.(Start doing this process after loaf is placed in bread tin). Tin should cover with Butter paper.
- Take and mixing bowl add sugar to the bowl with the warm water and stir to combine.
- Stir properly. Sprinkle the yeast on top of the water. Give the yeast a quick stir to mix it in with the water. Then let it sit for 5-10 minute until the yeast is foamy.
- In small bowl add mixed herbs, rosemary, chilliflakes.
- Mix it all well.
- After 5-10 mins in the combined water add all purpose flour, herbs mix, salt.
- Add Ghee to it. Mix it will get sticky Dough.
- Remove dough from the mixing bowl, and use your hands to shape it into a ball. Grease the mixing bowl again with ghee then place the dough ball back in the bowl and cover it. Place in a warm location and let it rise for 45-60 minutes, or until the dough has nearly doubled in size.
- After 60 mins add coursely crushed garlic, chopped onion and capsicum.
- Add a tsp of dry flour and mix the Dough properly.
- Put the dough in the bread tin. Poke the fingers in the dough and place the capsicum rings, Tomato rings and Onion rings on the dough.
- Sprinkle the mixed herbs on it. Close the lid and keep aside for more 20-30 mins. To rise it again. Then sprinkle oil / ghee on it.
- Place the tin in preheated vessel. Baked it on medium flame for 20-30 mins.
- When loaf is done. Let it get cool on rack the cut it and serve with Ketchup.
