  2. Use 1 salt and pepper to taste
  3. You need 1 mcormick garlic and herb seasoning to taste
  4. Prepare 2 cup flour, or enough to coat all pork chops.
  5. Get 1 bacon grease, enough to cover half the pork chop during frying.

  8. place on a paper towel lined plate or platter to drain.
